GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Object and Legal Information
The General Conditions incorporated in this legal notice regulate the use of all the services and contents that Bernardo José Ruiz San Miguel, hereinafter Plastyagro®, with ID 30.625.617-J and postal address: Apartado de Correos 200 Don Benito 06400 ( Badajoz) and warehouse address: Pol. Ind. El Prado C / Palencia, s / n Mérida 06800 (Badajoz), makes available to users, through www.plastyagro.com; from now on, the "user" will be referred to as the individual or legal entity that accesses the services and contents of the Plastyagro® Portal. By the mere use of the Portal, the user expresses full acceptance and without reservation of these general conditions, which may be modified by Plastyagro® at any time. Consequently, the user must carefully read these General Conditions in each of the occasions in which he / she intends to use the Portal. If for any reason you consider that they are not acceptable to you, please refrain from using the Portal and contact Plastyagro® to find the best alternative for collaboration. The use of certain services offered to users through the Portal is regulated by particular conditions that, as the case may be, substitute, complete and / or modify these General Conditions. The user must read and accept those when he intends to obtain these services.
2. Conditions of access and use of the Portal
The Services offered by Plastyagro® on its Portal are, for the time being and unless otherwise indicated, free of charge. However, some of the Services provided by independent third parties of Plastyagro® through the Portal may be subject to the payment of a price, in which case the conditions that third parties set in their own web pages for the provision of those services will apply. The access to the Services provided through the Portal does not require, in general, the prior subscription or registration of users, without prejudice to the fact that in order to access certain services it is required to previously complete the corresponding user registration. Plastyagro® guarantees the veracity and authenticity of the information communicated. The user agrees to use the Content and Services available through the Portal in accordance with these General Conditions and the Particular Conditions that are established for certain Services, as well as according to the provisions of the Law, morals and good customs and public order constitutionally established. The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Plastyagro® and / or third parties, and for such purposes shall refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, making available or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents , unless he/she has prior authorization in writing from the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted. The user may not use the data obtained from the Portal to carry out electronic, advertising, promotional or commercial communications not previously agreed by the affected parties themselves. The User who intends to establish a hyperlink between their website and the Portal www.plastyagro.com must meet the following conditions: a) may not cause confusion to other potential users regarding the origin and ownership of each of the web pages, so the hyperlink will only allow access to the home page of the Portal, and a frame will not be created on the website of the Portal www.plastyagro.com; b) the web page on which the hyperlink is established will not contain false, inaccurate or illegal information or content, contrary to the law, morality or generally accepted good practices and public order constitutionally established and will not contain content contrary to rights of third parties; c) the establishment of the hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between Plastyagro® and the owner of the web page in which it is established, nor the acceptance or approval by Plastyagro® of its contents or services so that it does not it shall not be declared or implied that Plastyagro® has authorized the hyperlink or that it has supervised or assumed the services made available to the web page on which the hyperlink is established.
3. Exclusion of Guarantees and Liability
3.1. For the operation of the Portal
Plastyagro® does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Portal, its services and its contents, so it will not be responsible for any damages or losses of any nature that may be due to lack of availability or continuity of the Portal or any of its services, or failures in accessing the different web pages of the Portal or those from which certain services are provided.
3.2. For the contents and services of the Portal
Plastyagro® does not guarantee the usefulness of the Portal for any particular activity or the suitability of its contents and services for particular purposes, so that the use of information, content and services is made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.
The contents included in the Portal are provided in good faith by Plastyagro® with information from both internal and external sources. Because of this circumstance and the large amount of information made available to the user through the Portal, Plastyagro® can not guarantee the reliability, legality, accuracy and updating of this, although it uses its best efforts to achieve it. Plastyagro® will not be responsible, in any case, neither directly nor subsidiary, for any content, information, communication, opinion or manifestation of any kind that is communicated, disseminated, transmitted or displayed through the Portal that comes from external sources.
The Portal makes available technical link devices (such as, among others, links, banners, directories, etc.), which allow access to web pages or sites belonging to and / or managed by third parties with respect to which Plastyagro® neither owns nor has any type of connection. Consequently, Plastyagro® will not be responsible for the control and monitoring of its contents, so Plastyagro® will not assume any direct or subsidiary responsibility over said web pages or sites. 3.3 For the use of the Portal by users
Plastyagro® can not control the use of the Portal, its services and its contents, by users and therefore will not be liable for damages or losses of any nature that could be due to the illegal, incorrect, inappropriate or inappropriate use that Users perform the Portal, its services or its contents.
